What the Q300 does

QR entry in under 2 seconds

Tenants and scheduled guests present a ManagedPMO-generated QR. The Q300 reads 1D/2D codes from phone or paper in 70 ms, verifies the credential, and releases the lock — typically under two seconds end-to-end.

Bluetooth unlock from the tenant app

Tenants walk up with their phone in their pocket. The Q300's Bluetooth 4.0 module detects the paired device inside 20 m and unlocks — no fumbling for keys.

Encrypted card authorisation

Need to support contractors, deliveries, or anyone without the app? Issue an encrypted card. Accepts NFC, Mifare UltraLight, Mifare One/Pro/DESFire, and ID cards.

Keypad and remote open

Numeric keypad for visitor PINs. Remote door-open from the concierge dashboard. Temporary passwords for contractors with automatic expiry.

The Q300 supports local credential caching and falls back to card/keypad. Pair with our fail-safe electromagnetic lock for the right safety behaviour — doors unlock on power loss, configurable per building code.
